Moore |
| Donald L. Moore has been on the Mecklenburg
Electric Cooperative Board since 1993. He represents members in Directorate
District #1 in the area west of Gretna and Chatham, which includes Sandy Level
and Pittsville. Moore, who has an associate's degree in business administration,
is a tobacco farmer, and he serves on the board of the Pittsylvania County Farm
Bureau. Moore and his wife, Peggy, have three children, Daniel, Rebecca and
Sarah. |

| John Waller |
John Waller was elected to the
Board in 1999 and is director of Directorate District #2, which serves the area
east of Gretna, including Grit, Mt Airy and Stovall. A native of Pittsylvania
County,
he, along with his two sons, Robert
and Sam, manage Waller Dairy Farm.
Waller is a member of Edge Hill Baptist Church, Polk Lodge # 61,
Lynchburg Scottish Rites and Kazim Temple. In addition, he is a board member of First
National Bank of Altavista, and belongs to numerous other farm and dairy
organizations. |

| Michael H.
McDowell of Vernon Hill has served on the Mecklenburg Electric
Cooperative Board of Directors since November of 1988. McDowell
is director of Directorate District #3, which includes areas
around Riceville, Ridgeway and Java. He is an agri-businessman
who raises tobacco and registered beef cattle, and he is a partner
in Southside Fence Builders and Suppliers. McDowell and his
wife, Wanda, have three children: Angela, Bridget and West. |

| Bobby Conner |
Bobby Conner of
Nathalie was elected to the Mecklenburg Electric Cooperative
Board of Directors in 1982 and is director of Directorate
District #4, which is north of Halifax. This district includes
areas around Whitesville, Crystal Hill and Mt. Laurel.
Conner is Clerk of Circuit Court of Halifax County. He and his
wife, Lucy, raise tobacco and cattle in addition to maintaining
greenhouses. The Conner's two sons, David and Richard, have
joined in the farming operation, and their daughter, Katherine,
lives in Cary, N.C. |

G. Hudson |
Brandon G. Hudson was selected
in 2005 by the Nominating Committee to fill an unexpired two-year term in
District 5, which includes areas around Denniston, Aarons Creek, Redbank,
Harmony, Hitesburg, Midway, Moffett, Centerville, and Highway #15 north to
Clarksville.
Hudson is a self-employed attorney in Halifax County. He specializes in civil
transactions and mediation. He and his wife, Ami reside in Halifax County. |

| Stanley Duffer |
Stanley Duffer of
Red Oak was appointed to the Mecklenburg Electric Cooperative
Board of Directors in 1987. He is director of Directorate
District #6, west of Chase City. This district includes areas
around Barnes Junction, Red Oak and Wylliesburg. Mr. Duffer
serves as the Assistant Secretary to the Board.
Duffer is the Southside regional market development manager for
the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
Mr. Duffer has two grown children, Sharon and John. |

| Fletcher B. (Bob)
Jones |
Fletcher B. Jones
was elected to the Board in 1986 and is director of
Directorate District #7. He is a 1981 graduate of the University
of Richmond and is an insurance agent with the Watkins Insurance
Agency in South Hill. He and his wife, Robin, have two
daughters, Jade and Juli.
Mr. Jones is an active member of the South Hill Lion's Club, a
member of the Palmer Springs Volunteer Fire Department, and an
active member in the Bethesda Baptist Church. |

| David Jones |
David Jones of
Bracey was first elected to the Mecklenburg Electric Cooperative
Board of Directors in 1982. He is director of Directorate
District #8, which is the area west of South Hill and includes
Bracey, Redlawn, Dunn’s Corner and Petty’s Corner.
Mr. Jones is a professional farmer in the Big Fork area of
Mecklenburg County.
His wife, Rhina, is employed at the admissions office at
Southside Virginia Community
College in Alberta. Their children are Christopher, Angela
and Katherine. |

| Franklin
B. Myers |
Franklin B. Myers of Gasburg was
appointed in 2006, to fill the unexpired term in District #9, representing areas
around White Plains, Gasburg, Triplet, Barker Crossroads, Ebony, Valentines,
Bowers Corners and Ante.
Mr. Myers is the vice-president of M. M. Wright, Inc. and Gasburg Timber
Corporation. He and his wife Susan live on Christanna Highway and have two
children, Travis and Jenna. |

| Peggy Lee |
Peggy Lee of Freeman was elected to the Mecklenburg Electric
Cooperative Board in 2008. She is director of Directorate
District #10, which serves areas around Brunswick County Lake,
Freeman, and Bufford Crossroads, as well as Brink, Turner’s Crossroads, Slates Corner,
Barley, Racume, Pleasant Shade, Cowie Corner, and Callaville.
Lee
has been county executive director for the USDA Farm Service Agency (formerly
ASCS) in Lawrenceville for 20 years. She also serves as state regional
recruitment coordinator. Lee is on the Agricultural Committee of the Brunswick
Chamber of Commerce, is a Notary Public, and serves as district vice-president
and district membership chairperson of the Virginia Association of State and
County Office Employees.
She has one son, Marcus, and one grandson,
Jakeem. |

Wilson |
| Angela B. Wilson was elected elected to the Mecklenburg Electric
Cooperative Board in 2008. She is director of Directorate
District #11, representing Mecklenburg Electric Cooperative members in
areas around Grizzard, Adams Grove, Mason, Claresville, Bryants Corner, Green
Plain and Slagles Lake.
Wilson is an educator and currently serves as
assistant superintendent for Greensville County Public Schools. She is
secretary on the Greensville Memorial Hospital Foundation board and holds
positions in other health-related and youth-oriented organizations. She also
serves as a member of the Community Advisory Board of Gateway Bank.
She has one son, Matthew. |
